SHIPPING POLICY

Getting your Klopp Designs putter to you on time is important to us. Upon receiving your order, we'll begin carefully milling and building your customized putter to spec. Due to the customized nature and refined process utilized, please expect to receive your putter 10-14 business days following when your order was placed. Once manufactured, we want your putter to get to you swiftly and securely. To do so, we partner with UPS and the United  States Postal Service.

  • Pricing may vary depending on location.

  • We currently only ship to locations in the USA

  • Orders placed on the weekend will begin processing that following Monday

  • Orders ship from Carnation, WA USA

BACKORDERS

In the event of items on backorder, we kindly ask for your patience as we process them in a timely fashion. Backorder items typically ship within three weeks. You may cancel backordered items anytime up to the shipping date. 

​​RETURN POLICY​

We hope you enjoy your Klopp Designs putter, but understand that you may change your mind. 

Please send any return requests to info@kloppdesigns.com. Please include a detailed description on the nature of your return. We will evaluate each return on a case by case basis. See below for more information on return policy.

  • If we sent you an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us immediately at info@kloppdesigns.com. We'll work promptly and at our expense to correct it. 

  • Returns must be received within 45 days of original invoice and in ununsed condition. 

  • Any items returned in used condition will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited. 

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging costs.

  • We will refund via your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Alterations

We may have the ability to readjust the customized measurements of your length, loft, or lie. If you'd like to explore that route:

  • Please email info@kloppdesigns.com and let us know what you'd like to change

  • Depending on the adjustment, a small fee may be charged

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and packaging costs
